Welcome to Pompa's Discus. These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. This Site is owned and operated by Oscar Pompa Jr.
By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Pompa's Discus and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, and downloadable files.
Sale of Goods
All information, descriptions, and images provided about our discus fish are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each discus fish.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase Discus fish from our Site, they will be delivered with FedEx priority overnight. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the Discus fish you purchase. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
After payment has been received, we will contact you to schedule delivery. We will handle our packaging and shipping process with ultimate care to ensure that your discus fish arrive safe and healthy.
To prepare our discus fish for shipping, we will keep them off food 24 hours prior to the packaging process. We will bag the fish with ultimate care and bags will be filled with pure oxygen before sealing, they will be placed in special styrofoam insulated boxes, and heat packs will be provided to keep the water at appropriate temperature.
We will send you an email with the shipping information when your package is shipped. You will be able to track your package through FedEx.
We only guarantee live arrival on first delivery attempt from FedEx. To date, we have not lost any fish. However, in the event of a dead arrival, you must contact us within 2 hours after delivery. You must take a clear picture of the fish in the original unopened bag and email to email@example.com . You will be given the option to replace the fish immediately or you can receive credit for the price of the fish on future orders. Shipping costs are not covered under the guarantee.
We do not take any other responsibility after the discus fish has been introduced into their new aquarium.
On occasions, discus fish may not be exactly as pictured, the color and size may slightly vary. Regardless, we are here to sell you high quality discus fish and to make a memorable experience with us.
We only guarantee live arrival on first delivery attempt. Discus fish shipped back to us will not be accepted.
